Hi, I’m Greg.
I am a versatile professional with a technical background and a passion for instructional design. I began my career as an electronics technician, honing my technical skills and troubleshooting abilities. I then transitioned into customer service, where I developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Recognizing my knack for training and development, I made the move into facilitation and instructional design. This unique career trajectory has equipped me with a deep understanding of technical concepts, coupled with the ability to effectively convey complex information in a user-friendly manner. My technical ability helps me approach any situation with a logical, thoughtful, and thorough process. I can identify issues when creating new training programs and assess the effectiveness of the training. I am capable of learning new technologies and turning that knowledge into productive output in a fast and efficient manner.
The customer service aspect helped me understand people, their needs, and how to teach complex technical concepts in a way everyone will understand. It has also helped me become accustomed to dealing with upset customers and turning them into long term relationships.
In 2016 I received my bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a specialty in Marketing from Colorado State University – Global Campus.
