This is a basic troubleshooting training course I created.
This is a interaction that mimics entering a pin code. I created it in an attempt to emulate a service software pin key but I modified it to something more relevant.

After doing a needs analysis I discovered the audience for the class did not have the necessary technical skills to service the equipment they were being asked to. I was not able to change this fact and had to create a technical fundamentals course to attempt to address this shortcoming.
